We begin each class with a light warm up & standard stretches

  • Reversals
  • Transitions
  • Combinations
  • Strategy
  • Live training
  • Light stretch and cool down

Instructor will properly demonstrate all techniques several times from different angles prior to allowing students to begin practicing a technique.

Students will be expected to drill each technique many times before live training portion of class can begin.

Students will have the opportunity to put techniques to work under close supervision.

I always place a strong emphasis on technique.
