As you know, my passion is Jiu Jitsu. However, I do place a very high value on striking arts like Boxing and Muay Thai. Anyone who is training martial arts for self defense or as an MMA competitor should be studying and improving both their grappling and striking abilities. Not only is Muay Thai Kickboxing great for self defense, it is also amazing for building cardio, losing fat, gaining muscle tone and increasing flexibility. It also is very fun and a great stress reducer.
